Developed strategy, site mapping, page design and content to drive national recruitment efforts for the 5 distinct brands within the parent company’s umbrella: Rainbow Tree Company brands. The goal was to create one landing page for the parent company along with separate pages dedicated to each business unit. This served two purposes: allowing the company to leverage QR codes to drive prospective hires to apply, and to develop a communication framework to support future rebranding efforts.
